Caroline Alfaro, of German and Filipino descent, is the wife of a Veteran who found herself in the Ft. Hood region due to her husband's military service. Even as a young child, Caroline recognized that she would find happiness in assisting others. She became a registered nurse because she wanted to serve others and give back to the community. Although she has had a lifelong fascination with the property market, She was intrigued by the prospect of house ownership, which she believed should be within reach of everyone, and took an interest in the market's development and ongoing trends. She started working as a Realtor in 2022 and made over 20 transactions in her first year.
Caroline often gets praise for serving her clients no matter the time or day and attributes her success to good old-fashioned phone calls and client communication. In addition to availability, she offers clients clarity. "I want people to feel empowered when buying or selling a home." By providing people with all the pertinent facts, scenarios, and possible outcomes, they ultimately make the right decision for themselves.
